4️⃣ Customers requesting a refund who have selected cash on delivery or bank transfer as the payment method need to write their IBAN number and the name of the IBAN account holder on the order document.

Acrylic: It is resistant to sunlight. It is an easy-care fabric type. It provides high gains in usage areas due to its soft, comfortable, and lightweight nature. Acrylic products can be easily washed in the washing machine.

Polyester: Polyester fibers have a high resistance to dryness and wetness. It is resistant to light, bacteria, and has a long lifespan. It is resistant to wrinkles due to its flexibility.
